Arick Morton is the CEO of NIC MAP Vision, the senior housing industry’s leading data, analytics, and underwriting platform.
During Arick’s tenure, NIC MAP Vision has enjoyed substantial growth, becoming the first official data partner of Argentum and is the first company to bring AI technology to the senior housing industry to speed up data processes and operational efficiencies.
Arick was named a GlobeSt. Senior Housing Influencer and is a member of the American Senior Housing Association (ASHA) Advisory Committee and Argentum Board of Directors.
Prior to becoming CEO of NIC MAP Vision, Arick co-founded VisionLTC, which merged with NIC MAP Data Service in 2021 to become NIC MAP Vision. Arick had the privilege and honor of growing up in the senior housing industry and co-founded a senior housing operating platform that has now grown to 30+ communities. Arick has a background in health care analytics and technology product development, working at the Advisory Board Company to launch new data and analytics products to help health systems navigate a post-health care reform world.
